Looking for doggy day care in Berkhamsted? Whether you’re working or just want to socialise your dog J&CK9 offer a home from home experience. We are fully licensed, insured and first aid trained. Located in a beautiful and secure rural location for your dog to come and play, sleep and run off some energy during the days. Your dog will get to spend the day playing with new friends and our friendly team in a secure environment. Our catchment area covers Berkhamstead.
Owners are asked to drop their dog to us from 8am and collect before 4pm.
For those that only require one journey we will collect in the morning or drop off in the afternoon.
We will collect your dog from your house in the morning and return in the afternoon.

Fern has been coming to J&CK9 weekly for the last three years, since she was a baby. Jess and the team were so amazing when she first started, she was so tiny and they gave her lots of cuddles and reassurance, allowing her to build her confidence with the other dogs at her pace. I have always felt confident that she was safe and well cared for whilst at daycare, and clearly has loads of fun! She gets so excited when she sees the car turn into the daycare driveway and cannot wait to get inside. She comes home and snoozes all evening long so clearly gets a lot of mental and physical stimulation whilst there.
The whole team at daycare are so lovely and friendly, honestly couldn’t ask for better. We get photos shared on a private facebook group so we can see the dogs having fun when they are there which is such a nice touch!

Cooper is a massive fan of J&CK9 Doggy Daycare he literally can’t get in the door quick enough. An amazing bunch of people there ensure he is looked after like he’s their own. he comes home absolutely exhausted after playing endlessley for the day on the fabulous farm location, with great outdoor and indoor facilities for the pooches. Delivery service to drop him back home is a godsend too. Would highly recommend.
We started with Jess and J&CK9 doggy day care when it first opened in 2021. We had looked at several doggy day cares but we immediately felt at ease with Jess and you could really see how much she cared for the dogs.
We live quite far away from J&CK9 and for a little while we moved to a closer day care. However they just couldn’t compare to J&CK9 so with a few months we came back to Jess and we wouldn’t change.
Our dog loves it there and always comes home tired and happy, and we are happy that we know he is in great hands.

I recommend J&CK9 doggy daycare 100%. Our dog absolutely loves it as we can tell from the photos we get sent of her having a ball! We can relax knowing she’s being looked after and is secure and safe. Jess is very friendly and helpful , it’s so useful being able to have flexibility over which days we can send dog in and collection and delivery service works brilliantly for us . So happy we found this daycare after a previous disappointing experience.
We started looking for daycare for our pup before we brought her home. Jess was recommended by a few people online and everyone spoke positively about J&CK9. Our puppy was 12 weeks old when we took her for a little look and discussed the daycare policies. Our puppy instantly explored the grounds. We were asked to come along when the other dogs were finished so it wouldn’t be too overwhelming. Jess explained times and prices as well as care for a young pup. When our pup started, she kept her with a couple of other younger dogs before eventually introducing her to the other dogs. She has been there since September just a day a week at the moment and is absolutely loving it.
Jess is flexible with dates which is really helpful and updates us on how she is. Most of the time, Jess collects our pup and then drops her home. We are happy that daycare is a safe place for our pup to socialise. She is exhausted the minute she’s home and the next day. Communication is great and I never have any doubts that Myla’s being looked after well. I was nervous at the beginning because she was so young but not now. The grounds are brilliant and allows for lots of running and playing with additional equipment.
